Parker has grown a lot since I last seen him! This was our second session together and at our first one, he was only a few months old, now he’s one! It was crazy because although I knew he had grown, for some reason, I was still picturing him as a little baby. He is such a sweet boy, and very curious…and brave! Probably the bravest one year old I’ve ever met! Mommy sure has her hands full with this little dare devil :) Makes it all that much more fun, right!? Here’s a little peek into his session. I can’t wait for our next one! Enjoy your sneak peek, your gallery is coming VERY soon! :)

Check out this stare down show down we had :P

elizabeth pellette: they sure do.. these are wonderful Cortni

When Lindsay first emailed me telling me that her and John were getting married and she wanted me to photograph them right afterwards, I was psyched! I could tell right away that we were going to work great together! Some super awesome facts, I found out during the session that John is musician, painter, AND an elementary school art teacher!  This couple was so fun and easy to work with, and I don’t think I ever stopped laughing during the entire session! Even though I just met them, I can see that they are just so perfect for each other and I am so honored to have had the opportunity to photograph them on a very special day! I still wish that goat would have graced us with his presence though ;)

I hope yall enjoy!

Tanya: These are beautiful! I wish we had a bamboo forest like that :) Love the no trespassing and the tall trees shots!

Natalie: Oh my good gosh almighty. You...are amazing.. :))) And this kind of makes me tear up that you told me you wished I would have been with you on this shoot!!!

elizabeth pellette: These are so fun.. love these

I adore this family, and I am so honored that they keep coming back to me. This was our fourth shoot together in 2 years :) I got to meet their newest arrival, Larson. I had to constantly resist the urge to pinch him all over. You’ll see why….

That’s what it’s been around here lately…very very slow. Well, at least around the blog! In my life things have been moving very fast! I’m actually working on giving my site, blog and business a facelift! Things are going to be changing very soon, so keep a look out for that! I’m really excited to present my new ideas and hope to get the ball rolling (a little faster) very soon! In the meantime, I hope everyone is keeping warm! We’ve had a very chilly winter this year in NC, especially for us southern wimps ;) We can only handle so much, right? I’m looking really forward to Spring and the warmer temps and all the pretty colors coming our way! If you are thinking about booking a session, don’t wait! Send me and email and we’ll chat!

Ooh how I love this family. I’ve been photographing little Davis since he was about 3 months old. It’s been amazing watching him grow up! When his mom contacted me wanting a session for his two year birthday, I couldn’t believe he was already turning two! The last time I shot him, he was turning one. I just couldn’t wait to see him. His mom gave me the heads up that he was quite energetic, and he definitely was! I had a BLAST shooting him! He’s so much fun! Not to mention I got a great workout :)

Happy Birthday, Davis! Can’t wait to see you again when your little brother arrives! ! :)

PS. You might recognize him from the far left picture in my blog header. Look how much he’s grown in just a year!
